In-Store Pickup Policy

82Mobile operates a reservation-based model for SIM card purchases. Customers pay a ₩5,000 reservation deposit online, then visit our physical store to complete the purchase, pay the remaining balance, and have their SIM card activated on the spot. This is a physical product sale — the SIM card is a tangible item handed to the customer at the store.

2. How It Works

1. Choose your desired SIM card plan on our website and pay the ₩5,000 reservation deposit online via credit card.
2. Receive a confirmation email with your reservation details and a ₩5,000 discount coupon to use at the store.
3. Visit our store within 30 days, pay the remaining balance (full plan price minus ₩5,000 deposit), and receive your SIM card with instant activation.

• The ₩5,000 online payment is a reservation deposit and will be deducted from the total plan price at the store.
• Reservations are valid for 30 days from the date of online payment. After 30 days, the deposit is automatically refunded.
• Please bring a valid ID (passport for international customers) when visiting the store for SIM card activation.
