82Mobile operates a reservation-based model for SIM card purchases. Customers submit a reservation online, then visit our physical store to pick up the product, complete payment, and have their SIM card activated on the spot. This is a physical product sale β€” the SIM card is a tangible item handed to the customer at the store.

2. How It Works

  1. Choose your desired SIM card plan on our website and submit your reservation online.
  2. Receive a confirmation email with your reservation details.
  3. Visit our store, pick up the product, pay the full amount, and receive your SIM card with instant activation.

4. Important Notes

  • No payment is charged during the online reservation step.
  • Pickup and actual payment are handled when visiting the store after reservation confirmation.
  • Please bring a valid ID (passport for international customers) when visiting the store for SIM card activation.
